Our flexibility allows us to
offer a quick turnaround on quotations and layout drawings for tender or secured
contract packages. Lead times for manufacture are excellent and can usually
be accommodated within most build programs, even when time scales are
short.
Our technical design team
will produce layout drawings with every beam and block quote, detailing the
floor design for each site. Beams used within our projects are of varying
depths, all designed to suit your requirements. Hollowcore flooring and
pre-cast stairs are designed and manufactured to suit each
project.
Our commitment to service
ensures we offer advice at all stages from design to installation. When
installing the floor prior to installation, a site visit will be done to
determine material, crane and heath and safety requirements. A full method
statement and risk assessment will also be given. We have full CIS Certificates,
Public Liability, Employer's Liability and
Plant insurances.
Introduction
Su-Fix Pre-cast has specialised
in the supply and fixing of pre-stressed concrete flooring since 1998. We are
able to supply and install beam and block flooring, hollowcore flooring and
precast concrete staircases quickly and competitively.
We operate from our office
and yard on the outskirts of the New Forest offering our products and services
across the South Coast through to the Midlands. Our commitment to a dedicated
customer service has resulted in continued growth throughout this period and a
