shuttering and concrete pouring.
Pre-cast stairs provides
immediate safe access between floors for follow-on trades.
All stairs manufactured to comply with BS8110:1997
and are designed together with dimensions from site and
a detailed client
specification to meet the current building regulations.
Flights are manufactured to a
“Type A” finish of BS8110; we recommend that the lifting points are grouted and
finishes are applied to the units after installations.
Goings can be cast with insets to
apply anti-slip treads.
Lifting points are cast into
flights and landings, to enable quick easy and safe site
installation.
Stairs and
landings will achieve a fire resistance of one hour and are suitable for
internal or external use.
Balustrades can be post fixed on
site by others. A minimum of 50mm should be allowed between the edges of
the concrete and the edges of the fixing or
pocket.
